On a beautiful spring day, leaders from Leatherhead and Leith Hill divisions celebrated Surrey Day (9th May) by exploring the Surrey Hills along our border.
Leaders departed from Faurefold (in Leith Hill Division) and walked over Ranmore to Polesden Lacey (Leatherhead Division).
Fuelled by a delicious cream tea at Polesden Lacey – as a recognition of all their brilliant efforts as volunteers – the group then set off to walk back to Faurefold.
What a wonderful day – a fantastic time to walk and chat, whilst enjoying the stunning weather.
